Court Rental Agreement

• All participants of rentals are required to sign below Waiver in advance. Guests under 18 must have a parent sign a waiver prior to participating.

• Rental groups will be allowed to enter the building 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Please wait at the lobby area while waiting for the prior group to exit the building.

• Rentals are limited to 20-25 players.
• Rentals are only permitted for basketball, volleyball, and badminton in the gym. It is prohibited to host birthday parties or any special events without prior permission from management.
• Rentals must be paid via our online booking payment system. Credit card payments are accepted online.
• Renters must leave the court by the scheduled ending time. Failure to do so will result in a pro-rated charge for the extra time used. If there is a group scheduled after your rental, you are required to vacate the court on time. If we receive multiple complaints and have video evidence showing you overstayed your time, we may consider refusing future rentals to your group.
• Renters must lock all front and rear doors after use. The renter is responsible for any lost or damaged property if the doors are not locked.
• Each group will be assigned an entrance code for access to the facility. It is unnecessary and against policy to open the door for others or allow strangers to enter.
• Rental rates apply for individual/group activities or practice times for teams. It is prohibited to rent the court for tournaments, camps, clinics, leagues, or parties without specific permission from management.
• No food is allowed in the facility. Failure to comply will result in a $250 penalty. Water bottles are allowed.
• No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or pets are allowed.
• Financial transactions for commercial or private gain, or solicitation of sales, are prohibited.
• Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
• No parking at the front. Please park at the side or back of the building.
• Exit through the rear door.
• Restrooms will be available based on the current situation. Please contact us to confirm whether restrooms are open. For restroom access, please contact us to receive the access code.
• Users agree to leave the premises in the same or better condition than before their usage. All trash must be disposed of properly.

• The renter is responsible for ensuring no damage is done to any part of the basketball court, sitting area, or common areas. Upon the termination of the rental, the renter must return the premises in the same or better condition than it was before. The cost of any necessary repairs will be borne by the renter.

• If a toilet becomes clogged, stop using it immediately and refrain from flushing. Contact us immediately at 1-510-455-2425. If the toilet is flooded due to continued flushing, a cleaning fee of at least $500 or more will be charged for repairs.
• Athletic shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
• No dunking, swearing, fighting, or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
• Failure to comply with these rules will result in removal from the premises with no refund.

Failure to comply WILL result in removal of the player or entire group from premises with no refund available.

• Spectators are not allowed at this time

• All rentals are on the hour and in one-hour increments.
• Volleyball pole and net setup and teardown time must be included in the rental period. It takes about 5-10 minutes to set up a volleyball court, but if it’s your first time, setup may take up to 20-30 minutes. Please be aware of this when planning your time.
• Rentals must leave the court by the end of the rental period. Failure to do so will result in pro-rated payment for extra time.

• Renters agree to leave all rented areas clean and in good order. Renters will also be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning costs or damage to the building or equipment.
• Regular users may have their usage fee adjusted to cover cleaning costs at the discretion of the Executive Director or designee.
• Pro Court assumes no responsibility for property brought into the building. Renters must keep the gym clean (put basketballs back into the bins, and ensure no water bottles or trash are left on the floor). A $250 CLEANING FEE may be applied for extra cleaning costs.

• All reservation payments, including deposits and account setup fees, are non-refundable. If the facility is closed for any reason, customers will receive a facility credit toward a future rental.
• Cancellations can be made 72 hours before the reservation without penalty. If you cancel a confirmed reservation less than 72 hours before your rental, you will be charged the full amount.

Pro Court & Fitness prioritize our members. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a contract at any time without prior notice. I understand that I am responsible for my group and for any and all damage to the gym, building, or equipment. I have read and fully understand the above rules and regulations.
