Court Rental Agreement

• All participants of rentals are required to sign below Waiver in advance. Guests under 18 must have a parent sign a waiver prior to participating.

• Rental groups will be allowed to enter the building 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Please wait at the lobby area while waiting for the prior group to exit the building.

• Rental are limited to 20-25 players
• Rental only for Basketball, Volleyball and Badminton allowed in Gym. IT IS PROHIBITED TO HOST BRITHDAY PARTIES AND RUN ANY SPECICAL EVENT WIHTOUT SPECIFIC PERMISSION OF MANAGERMENT.
• Rentals must be paid via our online booking payment system. Credit card payments are accepted online.
• Renters must leave court by ending time, failure to do so will result in pro-rated payment for extra time used.
• Renters must Locked up all the front and rear door after used.  Renter is responsible for any lost and damage if didn’t lock up the door after used.
• Rental Rates are for individual/Group activities or practice times for teams. It is prohibited to rent court to run tournaments, camps, clinics, leagues, event and host party parties without the specific permission of management.
• No carry-ins allowed (water bottles allowed). No Food, No Alcoholic Beverages, No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
• Financial transactions for commercial or private gain and/or solicitation of sales are prohibited,
• Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level
• NO PARKING AT THE FRONT.  ALL NEED to Park at the SIDE OR BACK of the building
• LOCK THE FRONT DOOR AT ALL TIME. DON’T LET ANY STRANGERS TO COME IN.
• EXIT AT THE REAR DOOR
• Restroom is Open Now
• User agrees to leave the premises in as good or better condition than which existed prior to their usage.All trash must be disposed of properly.
• Use Disinfecting SPRAY ON  TABLES, CHAIRS, BENCHES & Each Piece of Equipment You Use

• Renter shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Basketball Court. Sitting area or common areas, and at the termination of this Rental, by lapse of time or otherwise, Renter shall deliver the Premise to Pro Court in as good or better condition than which existed prior to their usage, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Renter.

• For All Players/Coaches/Staff. Masks required at all times (covering your nose and mouth).
• Athletic shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
• 6 feet of social distancing required at all times.
• No Dunking, swearing, fighting or inappropriate behavior allowed.

Failure to comply WILL result in removal of the player or entire group from premises with no refund available.

• Spectators are not allowed at this time

• All times shall be rented on the hour, in one hour long increments.
• Please include set-up time in your rental. Please note: it takes about five to ten minutes to set up a volleyball court. It is the responsibility of the customer to include set up in their rental. 
• Rentals must leave court by ending time, failure to do so will result in pro-rated payment for extra time used.

• The renter agrees to leave all rented areas clean and in good order. User shall also be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning costs or damage to the building or equipment by the using group. For groups making regular use of the Pro Court facility, the usage fee may, at the discretion of the Executive Director or his/her designee, be adjusted upward to cover such costs. The Pro Court assumes no responsibility for property brought into the building. Renter agrees Keep the gym area clean (All Basketball back into the pins and NO water bottles and Trash on the floor), the $50 cleaning fee may be applied to cover extra staff expenses for cleaning.

• All Reservation payments, including deposits and Account Set up fees, are non-refundable. If the facility is closed for any reason, customers shall receive a facility credit toward a future rental date. No refunds will be given. 72 hours before reservation can be cancelled with no penalty. You will be charged a Full amount if you cancel a confirmed reservation less than 72 hours. Pro Court & Fitness priority is with our members. We reserve the right to cancel or extinguish a contract at any time without prior notice. I understand that I am responsible for my group and that I am responsible for any and all damage to the gym, building or equipment.  I have read and fully understand the above statements.
